About The Lost Angelos

The Lost Angelos are a rock band formed in Waterdown, Ontario, in 2014. The group consists of Nik Hirst (keys, vocals, harp), Ryan Gaynor (drums, vocals), Max Boyko (guitar, vocals) and Dave Pearson (bass, vocals). The quartet began as a group of high-school friends, frequently playing bar gigs and recording demos at home. In the summer of 2016, the Lost Angelos recorded their debut EP “Lately” at HELM Recording, and released it Spring 2017. The band’s blues/roots rock sound draws from 1970s artists, including The Band, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Allman Brothers Band, and Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young. The Lost Angelos’ sound features distinct 4-part harmonies, funky piano licks, driving bass lines, electrifying guitar riffs and toe-tapping drum beats. The Lost Angelos are set to celebrate a CD release of “Lately” at The Corktown Pub on August 11th.
